  • Establish the client’s goals and recognize unique circumstances associated with each transaction
  • Prepare market research for all available properties meeting the client’s requirements
  • Provide a detailed summary of the properties in consideration and provide data to assist in narrowing down the prospective location
  • Schedule a tour with the client to view prospective locations
  • Submit a customized Letter of Interest or request for proposal to the landlord of all properties under consideration
  • Financial analysis of all proposals and counter proposals
  • Negotiate the lease document, including review and comment on the final business terms associated with the transaction
  • Ensure all necessary tenant improvements are completed on schedule and under budget
