CRA was tasked to find a new location for Service King’s corporate headquarters. Since 2012, Service King has become one of the fastest growing companies in the collision repair industry operating more than 235 locations in 21 states. As a result of this growth, a quick solution was required due to the already growing staff.

Solution

CRA quickly identified square footage and layout needs for Service King to allow for an efficient office search and minimal construction lead time. By locating a space that could be occupied with very minor improvements, CRA was able to negotiate below market terms and decrease any interruption to Service King’s business operations.
