Robert G. (Gary) Bender
President
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Bender started his real estate career with Cadillac Fairview Corporation which was then the largest publicly held real estate development company in North America. In 1988, Mr. Bender founded Corporate Realty Advisors as a real estate services company dedicated to exclusively representing corporations (not landlords) nationally and internationally in the lease, sublease, purchase, sale, build-to-suit, and sale/leaseback of industrial and office properties.
Today, with a focus on managing and growing the company, Mr. Bender concentrates his efforts on account management, business development, strategic initiatives and services. With a foundation based on the company’s mission statement of “delivering innovative real estate solutions that save our client’s time and money” and a core team of seasoned real estate professionals, Mr. Bender has developed Corporate Realty Advisors into a real estate services company known throughout the industry for creative solutions, attention to detail, and unparalleled results for its clients.

Personal:
Mr. Bender, his wife Carolyn, and their 3 children all reside in Dallas, Texas. He enjoys playing golf, riding bikes, and boating. He is involved with multiple civic and philanthropic activities.
